\n\t\t\t\t\t\tThe rental deposit depends on the length of the rental period and can go up to 3 months\u2019 rent depending on the size of the apartment. The deposit serves as a safety measure against possible damage to the apartments.

At the end of the rental period, after the tenant has moved out of the apartment, the deposit will be paid back. If the apartment has been damaged in any way, the tenant will have to pay in accordance with the contract. Further, the monetary amount of damage will be withheld from the deposit.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\tThe apartment must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the last day of tenancy. Moving out later is only possible after agreement. The prices for the final cleaning are between \u20ac 75.00 and \u20ac 150.00, depending on the size of the apartments.
