MEDIATION OF OUR EXCLUSIVE APARTMENTS

After your request for information on the desired size of the apartment, you will receive a personal and tailored offer from us. The keys are handed over personally by our qualified service staff after the rental contract has been signed.

COMMISSION

Since all residential units are owned by us, no commission fees or additional payments are due.

DEPOSIT

The rental deposit depends on the length of the rental period and can go up to 3 months’ rent depending on the size of the apartment. The deposit serves as a safety measure against possible damage to the apartments.

At the end of the rental period, after the tenant has moved out of the apartment, the deposit will be paid back. If the apartment has been damaged in any way, the tenant will have to pay in accordance with the contract. Further, the monetary amount of damage will be withheld from the deposit.

RETURN OF THE APARTMENT

The apartment must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the last day of tenancy. Moving out later is only possible after agreement. As the apartment gets cleaned after each stay, it is of great importance that the apartment is left on time.

FINAL CLEANING

On the last day of your stay, the apartment must be vacated by 12.00 pm because it gets cleaned by a cleaning company. The prices for the final cleaning are between € 75.00 and € 150.00, depending on the size of the apartments. If you do not want to pay the final cleaning separately, we can also offset the amount from your deposit.

ELECTRICITY CONNECTIONS / ADDITIONAL COSTS

All our power sockets are equipped with 220 volts. Operating and electricity costs are covered by the rent. Adapters will be provided free of charge, if needed.
